3- Almond, Dates and Figs- Dry fruits help a lot in increasing weight. To get fat, you boil 3-4 almonds, dates and figs in milk and boil them. By drinking it daily with milk, weight will increase. Drinking this milk before sleeping at night strengthens the digestive system.
