Vitamins For Health: To stay healthy in winter, a diet rich in vitamins should be consumed. You should include such things in the food, so that the body can get all the vitamins. Due to lack of vitamins in the body, immunity starts to weaken. Many types of vitamins are needed to strengthen bones, keep muscles and skin healthy. If there is a deficiency of these essential nutrients in the body, then many diseases start to grow. However, you can meet the deficiency of essential vitamins from food. Vitamin A- Lots of vegetables come in winter. You can consume carrots, papaya, green vegetables, spinach, capsicum, sweet potato, mango, milk, curd and cheese rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A is necessary to keep the eyes healthy, prevent infection, relieve inflammation and strengthen immunity.

Vitamin B- To meet the deficiency of vitamin B, include foods like eggs, soybeans, tomatoes, walnuts, almonds, wheat, oats, chicken, fish, milk in the diet. Vitamin B is essential for keeping the body and mind healthy. It removes the problem of eyes, skin and hair. Nervous system remains healthy.

Vitamin E- Vitamin E is very important to keep hair and skin healthy in winters. Foods like almonds, peanuts, spinach, capsicum can be eaten for vitamin E. Vitamin E is found in them which works as a powerful antioxidant.

Vitamin K- Vitamin K is essential for maintaining the elastic fiber in the heart and lung muscles. To overcome the deficiency of vitamin K in the body, you can eat things like broccoli, banana, avocado, nuts, egg and berries.
