Rakesh Tikait’s huge statement regarding the end of the farmer protest

There is talk of an end to the peasant movement after the return of agricultural laws. Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has issued a statement regarding the agitation. He said that rumors of farmers returning home were being spread. No farmer will leave without withdrawing the MSP and the case against the farmers.

They will have a meeting on December 4. It may be mentioned here that the bill relating to withdrawal of agricultural laws has been passed in both the houses. The bill was passed by a voice vote in both the houses. Now, after the bill is signed by the President, all the three agriculture laws will be repealed. No decision has been taken as to whether the peasant agitation will continue or not after the repeal of the Agriculture Act.

About 10 days ago, PM Narendra Modi announced the repeal of agricultural laws, after which farmers’ organizations said that they would wait for the process of withdrawing the bill from Parliament to be completed. With the announcement of the repeal of the Agriculture Act, PPM Modi has spoken of setting up a committee for the MSP, but the farmers’ organizations are not ready to accept the announcement alone.
