According to age, so much iron is needed
According to doctors, the age of the body and the need of iron in women and men are different. Adults need more iron than children. Children 4 to 8 years old need 10 mg of iron daily. 9 to 13 years of age need 8 mg daily. Explain that women need more iron than men. Due to menstruation in women, there is a lack of blood in the body. Women aged 19 to 50 need 18 mg of iron daily. At the same time, men of the same age need 8 milligrams of iron.
