How To Reduce cholesterol

Eating unhealthy food, fast food and more oily spices causes many problems in the body. Cholesterol levels also increase with such a lifestyle. Which can lead to serious diseases like heart attack and stroke. In such a situation, it is most important for you to keep your cholesterol level under control. Two types of cholesterol are made in our body, one good cholesterol and the other bad cholesterol. The ‘good cholesterol’ is called HDL and the ‘bad cholesterol’ is called LDL. Good cholesterol is beneficial for our heart. This helps in reducing the extra fat from the blood and keeps the arteries clean. Our body makes good cholesterol by itself. In such a situation, you should focus on increasing the good cholesterol in the body. Keeping these things in mind, you can increase the amount of good cholesterol in the body.

1- Exercise is necessary- Exercise is very important to increase good cholesterol in the body. You must exercise for half an hour every day. You can work out by walking, running, jogging, swimming or going to the gym.

2- Eat less processed food- You should eliminate processed food from your diet to increase the good cholesterol in the body. They contain a lot of trans fat and saturated fat, which increases bad cholesterol.

3- Exclude sugar from food- By eating too much sugar, bad cholesterol starts increasing and the level of good cholesterol starts decreasing. Therefore, to increase the good cholesterol in the body, avoid sweet things. You can take natural sugar from fruits and juices.

4- Keep weight control- With the increase in obesity in the body, many types of diseases start. In such a situation, if your weight increases, then bad cholesterol also starts increasing. To increase good cholesterol, you should control your weight. Eat foods rich in fiber and protein.

5- Quit smoking and alcohol- If good cholesterol is decreasing in your body, then you should give up the habit of smoking, drinking. Both these things increase the bad cholesterol in the body. Give up these two habits as soon as possible.
